I reread this document, and I see that I may have overlooked Barco in the title. It looks like we pulled the 584 from both the Acer and Barco cases.

<. Reexam # 90/008,225 and Reexam # 90/008,299 A Reexamination Certificate issued on July 21, 2009, with amended Claim 29. Defendants have not asserted infringement of the ‘584 patent in a counterclaim.>

This was a joint statment on behalf of both Acer and Barco?

Am I reading it correctly?
