This Pacer tells me almost everything i have to know about the status of our patents. Somebody said it is ironic that we get it this way. Yes it is.

In my opinion it defines two circumstances:

1. If they don't want to pay we will fight till the end and we are quite assured we will win. (Or is it just bluffing?)

2. It is all about the 336. The 584 seems to me is almost useless.
