The CEO's have been planted board puppets, "yes sir" types put in to follow orders and collect a nice paycheck

So you are now saying that the non-executive BoD, for whom there is little but derision from many, brought together the PDSG concept, from drawing board to reality, and are to be congratulated for their foresight, as the CEO's were all puppets following orders?

You can't have it both ways no matter how much you'd like to.
