The non-executives hired on the basis of available information and personnel, as would you or I. A contract of employment was given and as those executives are no longer employed by PTSC, I humbly suggest that rather than failing, they have held them to the terms of their employment.

Were any of the previous EXECUTIVE members still in place then I would agree that they had failed at one of their primary roles.
