Steping on ground that i am not an expert on even after 10 years of reading this thread....If each shareholder had one vote then the BOD would have the pressure to perform to a STANDARD OF EXCELLANCE. ........

Since that this is not the case the pressure to look at ones self in the mirror is not needed.....
