Has anyone watched the program........A mind made up is almost imposible to change.

People only step down

1. Wrong doing / caught

2. When they know that they are in over their heads and others should carry the ball....

It seems to me that they feel that #1 and 2 do not apply to them....So we are just spitting into the wind.
