Because the current BoD were NOT those responsible for the decisions of previous EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS!!!

The BoD consists entirely of NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS, and I humbly suggest that an understanding of the differences might make comprehension a little easier.
