Is it also possible that TPL, being aware of any of Moore's possible idiosyncrasies, thought it best to have it included?

All that can be stated as fact is PTSC has 50% ownership. Moore states he owns the other 50% but that is currently pending the arbitration for which there has been no available input from TPL with which to compare and contrast..
