Re 336 reexam. Take a look at the 6 page tramsmittal letter dated 7/8/2009. Then look at the listing of litigations. Then read what it says with respect to Toshiba. Settled Dec 2007. Appeal and judgement affirm dismissal 6/16/2008. Well perhaps there is more to that Dec settlement than meets the eye???? Somebody appealed it?????? Where's that delusional fella when you need him?
