I read the letter some time ago but place more credence on what is more current ie the August filing advising on the intent to reissue (NIRC) as all issues are resolved to both parties satisfaction.
From an earlier example of a NIRC, it would appear that there should be something in the IFW on this matter by the end of next week, if the timeframe is the same for all NIRC's.
