As I have stated before:

The patents remain valid until decided otherwise.

Should a patent not be recertified, this would become a material event by virtue of it being "currently PTSC's only viable source of profitability" and I'm sure something would be said via an SEC filing.

Perhaps PTSC should issue a weekly PR stating "Our patents are valid"?

Out of interest, do you have any information of a company providing concurrent updates of all USPTO actions concerning a patent re-examination?
