As posted earlier, here's what I believe -

"we don't know how the patent has changed and we don't know (for sure) if new licenses will start pouring in after the recerts. If we had those answers, the SP would have jumped a lot higher. I think the blip in the SP was somewhat justified given the information we received - 17 cents is still not very high."
