Lets see....you pump the fact that a letter is going to be mailed by the USPTO, get the price to go from .13 to .18. Then I guess you sell at .18 and hope to get back in at a cheaper price. Since most of us have bought in at a higher price than .18 we would have to flip the stock. Not a very good time to make that kind of bet, of course unless you know that a letter is not at all going to be mailed. Pretty ballsy play, or should I say stupid. I am in at .40 and I am not going to make that kind of bet. I guess there are some with different situations who could benefit from that play, but why would you risk making that kind of gain when if a letter is mailed you would make so much more, and possibly miss a much larger run up. Unless you were on the inside and knew the facts for a certainty, and exactly how many people know that? Our lawyer....maybe, now apparently not, because he expected a letter which lets out everyone he knows at PTSC, TPL , and etc. How many patent exaimners are their working on this case 5, or 6.? Maybe it is one of them. That is why this is dragging out so long they are fliipping this stock.
Not a good time to pump and dump in my book.
