Yes appears to be correlated with the letter, yes doubtless others, but I have a problem with pumped on this board. I do not recall any pumping. I recall a number of posts indicating the contents of various documents and discussion of what it meant. None of the posters here made up the week of August 17th. That information came from USPTO documents. Are you sure about the underlined portion?

What are you attempting to say with the above? an extension for whatever reason? I thought the reason was spelled out pretty clearly by Hennemen. Of course it is related to the 336 release. Why would it be related to some other patent? What are you trying to say? Secondary to what? Perahaps you could restate your thoughts.
