I believe Sanyo was counted for in the current 10-K even though it wasn't announced until the 2nd as you say. I only say that because of the comments on the license receivables in conjunction with Moore's claims about that time that Leckrone was bragging about a $6M license.
As for PDS revenues for the year, look at the breakdown on page F-32. It clearly shows annual revs for PDS as $29M. Look at last 10-Q and it showed revs for the preceeding 9 mos at $19M. So Q4 of '09 pulled in $10M in MMP licensing.
If we assume Sanyo is in at $6M, then the Q409 breakdown would look as follows IMO. If Sanyo's NOT in, then it's even better.
Date | Licensee | Anl Electronics Revs of Licensee (Millions) - 2006 | License Fee Paid (Millions) | License Fee to Annual Revnues Ratio
Q409 | 3/13/2009 | Roper | $2,800.00 | $4.05
3/23/2009 | Unisys | $1,280.00 | included in above
3/26/2009 | Hoffman-Laroche | $8,547.00 | included in above
4/20/2009 | Varian Medical | $2,070.00 | included in above
5/5/2009 | Pantech & Curitel | $1,636.00 | included in above
5/12/2009 | ADC Telecom | $1,456.00 | included in above
6/2/2009 | Sanyo | $21,805.00 | $6.00
Q4 TOTALS | $39,594 | $10.05 | $3,939 |
