I know, they cannot release specific info to one individual. But, has anyone confirmed thru IR that it will definately be filed today? Looking back, the retraction of PDSG earnings PR only said they anticipated filing on 8/14. Webcast on monday makes sense, especially if earnings are not released until after the close of market today. It also gives them time on Monday to PR the 10-k, thus possibly answering alot of questions before they face the onslaught! LOL good luck
