With that quote in mind from the 11/08 SHL, it seems that the quarter that we're wating on that will be included in the 10-K will mean Crossflo/Iameter was NOT a cash flow negative enterprise for the quarter.
Factor in some modest profit from Holocom if their standard quarter profitability holds true.
Also, the Roper, Hoffman-Laroche, Varian, Pantech and ADC MMP license signings should be counted for the quarter, and POSSIBLY, though doubtful, the Sanyo license (which Chuck Moore suggested was in the $6M range). While the $290K Asustek license from the previous quarter really makes it hard to believe they are getting much for these latest MMP licenses, based on those companies revenues, it's conceivable that those five licenses may have totalled $5M - $6M. So depending on the PDS expenses, it's possible that PTSC may have received $1M or more from PDS for the quarter.
All told, PTSC may have positive earnings for the quarter. It will be interesting to see if so, and by how much on Friday.
