Thank you for your observations which are much appreciated but, as most are aware, the minimum share price for a NASDAQ listing is $5.00, so any reduction in outstanding shares would have to meet this requirement. (If you were unsure, 86,819,000 is the number of shares outstanding for SGEN and was used for illustrative purposes only as to a possible reason for their current share price).
