As I often speculated: the company IS READING this board because quite soon after my post from yesterday regarding the "silence mode" of PTSC I received a mail from Mrs. Hartley:

"While we obviously have to limit what we say to individuals prior to a 10K oir 10Q filing, the truth is we can never disclose material information on a limited basis. Part of the shareholder frustration is that I am contacted in hopes of eliciting material new information or confirming rumors, etc. I can only try to clarify and lend depth to the information that has been released pursuit to full disclosure regulations - I cannot add new material information or respond to those types of queries.

There are some questions we cannot answer for strategic or legal reasons, as you know. Other questions are simply inappropriate and would require either speculation on our part (which would be counterproductive) or involve personal information. SEC regulations require that any pertinent relationships, business dealings, etc. be disclosed and we do that. "

Of course nothing new but anyway it's a sign of life in the PTSC-world....;-)
