I think it is common for a company to INCORPORATE in Delaware or Nevada as there are certain favorable rules in those states for Corporations. I also think it's most common for LLC's to register in their HOME state as most of us who have LLC's would tell you.

What is much less common, I would think you'd agree, is for a company to have no listing with 411, yellow pages, or other contact directories for their business in either state, their "home" state or their "registered" state. Equally uncommon in this day and age, and especially for companies focussed on technology, is to not have any kind of internet presence. Certainly not unprecedented, but uncommon at best.

Forgive me for trying to understand my investment, and for having the audacity to ask for some clarification from the company when I found information scarce. lol
