Not not saying that at all (that I disagree with you in all aspects)..just thowing out possibilities for discussion purposes..The MD vs. DE thing does not really matter that much to me as long as it is a legal entity..I am more concerned about what he can bring to the table (based on his considerable resume, hopefully a full meal)..not whether all of the "i"s and "t"s are crossed or that the state may have been mistakenly referenced.

PTSC was not being stealth about the situation - that is true..nor should they be as the guy is high profile..Baroni may be the one that could be contrained for whatever reason (possible lobbying rules)..who the heck knows..all that I am saying is that there may be some underlying reason for the stealth (on his part alone or that of his company)..what that reason could be..not sure..just speculation on my part..
