On the surface yes, this may seem like another obstacle for the patent licensing to be successful. In reality "if" Alliacense is a well oiled machine, focused on licensing a portfolio of patents. They should be able to carry on closing deals and issuing PTSC our 50%, without the battle between Moore and Leckrone for the other 50% having much affect. Let's hope so.
