Someone stated that the examiner had to know this patent inside and out simply b/c of the length of time it has been before them. If so, you know that he knows JW's Markman ruling and that should bode well for us. I had a dream that Obama was telling the PTO examiner to get this certified right away as we needed to use it in the healthcare industry.
