Why does it not mean that teh 336 is dead abd buried?

Why does someone need a re-exam on a rejected patent?

I'm not understanding the recent hope nor do I see a link to the 90/010,561 or 562 for any docs and all the others indicate final rejection as teh status

I'm probably reading this incorrectly all explanatins gratefully appreciated
