I hope the question you asked was asked and answered prior to July 16, because per their revenu retraction PR of that date they said:

"The Company will provide the full details of its operating results for PDSG as part of its required filing with the SEC of the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2009, anticipated to be filed on August 14, 2009. The Company will follow its 10-K filing with a quarterly shareholder conference call on Monday, August 17, 2009 at 4:30 p.m. ET."

I'm assuming that since you posted your comment today, 12 days AFTER the 16th that it was probably an exchange that happened since the PR. Perhaps I'm the only one who would find it odd that our IR representative doesn't realize that the company published the very details she's saying they haven't published. How sad if true.
