There was a notice sent to the 3rd party requested (Sirius I believe) that their request was incomplete. I don't know if that allows them more time now, or if they lose their opportunity to have their request reviewed. Either way, it's not as definitive as a rejection or a reexam ordered determination.
Looks like we may have to wait another month for the second request to be decided on.
