That`s kind my thought on this too - all a big whoop about nothing at this point.
If the New hire move can be believed, PTSC has telegraphed it`s intent to move ahead independently. I suspect yes, they`ll buy more time for new councel. They need to close any license deals on the table and put continued pressure on TPL to make their bid as sweet as possible, that is, assuming TPL and PTSC are in all actuality, negotiating.
