I don't think your point is an accurate portrayal. If it were, then RG can be considered "indifferent" about much of PTSC's business activity.
His "style", IMO, is to focus on what he/the company can still control, and comment very little on both what they do and don't control. One can only presume that he is working diligently to fulfil his responsibilities as CEO. He is certainly qualified to be doing what he is doing based on his business background.
What I take issue with with him is that he started out with a communication strategy that was more open and forthcoming, and pledged a uniform and regular communication standard. Unfortunately, that standard has changed along the way so in effect, it's not uniform and regular over the 17 month span he's been around.
Clearly something changed in April on the MMP, based on his communication lockdown on it. By communicating the lockdown and then not communicating on the patents further, that in and of itself is communication. Something is afoot with the MMP. Based on the company's CONTINUED communication that they rely on the revenues of the MMP to execute on the M&A strategy as written in EACH PR they issue, what is afoot, will hopefully be something that maintains the required revenues they rely on to execute on the business plan.
Time WILL tell even if RG won't.
