Can PTSC Trade a Million Shares

The last time the company had 1M+ shares traded, the stock just climbed out of the sub ten cent trough. This was back on April 24th. In fact the The stock traded 1M+ for four days straight, having passed the $0.10 mark on April 21st. Can we finally be ready for another run?
