If there is no PR on this, I think it will be after some considered reasoning by the company, and not because of ineptness or incompetence. While this is clearly good news, and while I'd be in favor of trumpeting it a bit, I'll defer to their "expertise" on this issue as I think it encompasses a more complex picture than just the win on the '584.

Who knows, just as an example, if the changes to the '584 absolve ARM of infringement, then they might counter a PR with one of their own shooting ours down. HOPEFULLY, there WILL be a PR, and they're just prudently managing the release of it. If that happens, I'd think this news today would be considered very solid.
