This stock is controlled by a select group of investors that don't want the retail investors involved no matter how many shares they might own. This company is pure OTC all the way. Sorry to be so negative. I have held this looser for far to long. Sooner or later a bling hog finds a acorn but for some reason PTSC keeps stubbling around in a field with no acorns. plenty of lawyers though. Its been thick with those guys for a very long time.
