Thats why it was a question, not a statement!

I read the last PR or do you mean shareholder letter from April which stated share buyback was possible? I was hoping money had been made in the last 6 licences and possibly, maybe Patriot was buying back. Also, I thought according to SEC companies can buy back 1 hour after market opens. Definitely not sure on this!

Just frustrated and looking for answers, which Patriot never gives us.
