I think some investors here are getting frustrated with what appears to be a lack of clarity coming from PTSC. IMO there is a very good reason for this and that is that the MMP and PDSG are in question right now. Both are dependent on forces out of PSTC's control. RG dosn't have any control over the MMP or PDSG and it's future right now, it's all tied up in the government mumbo jumbo. So right now there is no clarity. Until the reexamiantion is complete and until the government kicks loose the stimulous, everything is up in the air. A crap shoot if you will right now. I'm sorry people can't seem to grasp the reality of the situation PTSC is in at the moment. IMO RG has told us what he can. He let us know that the stimulous would be delayed which will pushout revenuess for PDSG going forward. Unfortunately it's not great news right now. But it's not the end of the world eigther. He has no power over the government other than his vote. He and PTSC is stuck in limbo until somthing breaks. Calling for the heads of BOD members and bad mouthing the company right now is probably not going to do our investments very good or ultimately accomplish anything. These people arn't stupid they know we're pissed at them.

It's obvious that PTSC and TPL thought they had found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow in the MMP, they had money to burn and they did burn it, but they all underestimated the power of the big corporations and the government beurocracy. Now it appears that TPL may be in trouble and PTSC may have to hunker down, tighten it's belt and try to survive until things break loose. The important thing is that the Patents are still being reexamined and other companies arn't selling their secure data software right now eigther. It might be a good time to step away from the computer and try to enjoy the summer.

All the best,

Steve
