Sorry totally disagree with your letter.

1. PTSC does not need to PR everytime a MMP license is purchased. Its not a material event... after 50+ purchases of the license... i dont expect TPL/PTSC to constantly be updating this information. SO long as the revenues are reported per quarter... no problem. Can you Imagine IBM PR every time they sold a computer... come on...

2. Patent office posted the information today!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If PTSC has to file something regarding this..they have time. Relax....... PTSC needs to read whatever changes were made and confirm what that means for their patents.......or if/how some companies continue to infringe or not. Not to mention that TPL has to do the same. Relax.

I think PTSC has 4 days to report a material event on a 8k.... chill
