I'd settle for about 7 or 8 institutional investors willing to each take a 3 to 5 percent stake in the company for now. If we got over that hurdle, I think we'd be on track for a sustained pps of over $1 if not more

I understood that the general concensus was that institutional investors, by their charter, were unable to purchase stocks under $5.00, let alone BB stocks. Obviously, there are exceptions, but I don't realistically see much movement on that score until a move off the OTCBB.
