More likely an offer was made for PDSG by HP or someone else

I'd discount that scenario, but lets expand on it anyway. Someone in the future pays $30 million for PDSG. What does our BOD do? They can't declare a dividend because S & L is pretty much out of the picture. What a dilemna!
