Baroni - strategic assessment

Some are missing the "strategic" part of the announcement.

Although I always cringe at consultants coming in to tell one how to run your own company, it doesn't hurt to have an independent analysis of where you are, where you are going, and how to get there from here.

Cronyism, nearsightedness, and cheerleading does not move a company to success.
