I believe Schrock is the only one whom has not purchased shares on the open market.

I agree that Schrock's experience has the most value to PTSC, specifically in regard to the PDSG efforts, and it would not surprise me to discover that he has been very instrumental, along with Goerner, in assembling the building blocks to-date toward a strong potential for future success, including the recent involvement of a well-needed, IMHO, association with someone who could turn out to be a strong ally in the government and healthcare markets that PDSG is targeting, i.e., Greg Baroni.

FWIW, I have been involved in projects with KPMG in the past, and was very impressed with their expertise, prowess and successes. One would expect that Baroni, having served there as senior vice president, was instrumental in developing some of that success, or at least took away the knowledge for achieving that success. Likewise with Unisys - another company that has many ties into the governmental and healthcare markets - where Baroni was corporate vice president.

I would add to the list of speculations as to why PTSC has engaged Baroni in a strategic assessment of PDSG, that it may be very desirable to be associated with someone like Baroni and his connections into the markets we are targeting. And a favorable assessment of PDSG to go along with that association wouldn't hurt, either.

Cheers,

DG
