Additionally, RG doesn't appear to be the issue here lately (at least for myself).......

Are you saying people would not accept a position, in this economy, because of moaning about pay compensation on a message board?.........The notion that if everybody stops complaining things will magically get better or change is very absurd to me.......The status quo on the BOD doesn't seem to mind......

IMO CJ is THE stumbling block, but appears to be the hardest to get to.......
