Go find four new directors who have excellent qualifications in Software, Secure Data Exchange, Acquisition Structuring, Intellectual Property, etc. etc. and reconstitute the board with them
Pray tell what remuneration package will be offered to these respective experts in their sphere of knowledge? Given your stated requirements, would they be prepared to take a pay cut to come and join PTSC because the people you seek will certainly be receiving more than $150,000 per annum, basic, in my very humble opinion.
Would unremunerated but with a great options package tempt anyone?
