No, I'm talking about them still retaining convertible stock which had they not been converted would have had a more disasterous impact on the share price than the price to remove them.

That actually happened and is why we are where we are now. S & L was converting and selling stock at least up until PTSC bought the remaining convertibles with the stock at .55. After that, they continued to sell stock that had been converted. The dividends were separate and unnecessary.

BTW. Those who were at the 2006 SHM will remember Eric Swartz touting the dividends and also saying that he was in the stock "for the long run".
