I believe that Alliacense will allege specific individual patent infingement when contacting a company eg '336 and '148 but will only license the full MMP Portfolio. The only difficulty might arise if a company was only alleged to be infringing the '584, as I'm sure you can see.

I'm sure that Mark's intentions are only to broaden the debate as to possible outcomes, unfortunately, in so doing, the water often gets muddied in the process.
