TPL posted the Smith & Nephew info on their website? Was it before we posted it on ours or after? Angela's reply to "Long Term Investor" leads me to think that 1)there could now be some legal dispute between TPL and PTSC 2)they did not want Chuck Moore to blab about it or 3) the MMP has been sold and until it is finalized PTSC has an obligation to let investor's know about new customers.
