We still need to see the claims as allowed with recertification. However, what all the naysayers are ignoring is the unchanged revalidated German patent, where it is the statutory duty of any and all potential infringers to ensure that they are not infringing.

What I would like to see is for Alliacense to announce the employment of a German patent attorney(a legal requirement for prosecution there)and notification of the companies subsequently placed on notice. This is an "Ace" which needs to be played sooner rather than later, in my very humble opinion.
