So, you'd sooner have S&L with their covertibles and price resets and possibly 1 billion shares outstanding?

Were it not for the dividends, how would you have removed the contractual obligations to them without even further dilution?

What I still remain disappointed with is the fact that PTSC didn't obtain first refusal rights from S&L to repurchase their stock when they came to sell it.
