IMO, some on the board do have the shareholders' best interest in mind. IMO others do not and those in particular should, like you say, GO. However, I believe they ( BOD ) are well aware of our viewpoint and voting power, and thus they have manipulated the situation to entrench themselves in ways that make it almost imposible for the weaker shareholders to extricate them. The weaker shareholder means those that do not have enough votes. Until enough shareholders unite or until someone finds a legal manuver it will not happen. When the price of the shares soar it won't make much of a difference. Until then it matters to me and to others. The irony is that it seems the stock has a struggle to soar until certain board members are gone. To remove certain board members we/someone(s) must find their "Achilles' heel".
