"Now tell me what is being done other than posting messages on a message board."
I write mails/letters to the company and its affiliates since I'm a shareholder and though I mostly got a response it seldom was of substantial content. As long as there is no strong counter weight (? correct word?) against the BoD I continue sending my concerns to the company. But with the additional posting of my pro and cons, my negatives and positives about PTSC in a public messaging board I hope to have an indirect effect on the company because one voice might be too quiet but 1,000 voices can give a loud message - and maybe lead to small changes.
As said above and many times: As long as there is no consolidated group of investors demanding a new "code of communications" there are just two ways of stating my issues:
- directly with the company and its affiliates
- indirectly on the messaging board
Now, what else would you suggest could be done?
