Thank you very much, wolfpackvolt, for your efforts regarding the pacer - it's always the most important post I'm awaiting when I wake up in the morning...
I like the following sentences in the pacer:
"At the same time, all of the patents-in-suit share the same specification, and the majority of the reexamination proceedings are in advanced stages."
"Without prejudice to further consideration of the appropriate timing of the instant cases, the Court concludes that a stay of three months is appropriate."
"...and the instant action is stayed until September 18, 2009 or until further order of the Court."
Is it right to assume the court is in exchange with the USPTO about when there will be more clearness about the patents which are in an advanced stage of re-ex? So could it be the "three months" number is not just by chance but along with the expected actions by the USPTO?
I'd hope so (providing the results are positive)!
