My subsequent message, for which I have still to ascertain a definitive answer, remains a conundrum. Did Moore's unilateral transfer of all patents, into his trust, now mean that the "Owners of Record" at the USPTO now erroneously show the trust as the only owner of the patents?

I suggested at the time that his actions could be creating more problems for him than they are resolving, and this is an example.

It is imperative, in my very humble opinion, that full and correct information be held at the USPTO and any errors need to be corrected forthwith.
