I agree. It's been since Mar. 27, '09 for the USPTO to yet respond regarding the '148 (90/008227). The '584 re-cert didn't take this long from the same point in the process. Maybe they want to announce one way or another all the remaining MMP patents at approx. the same time so that all the current litigation can be settled and clear this mess from the courts once and for all?
